This class accepts 8-10 students per time slot.

Why only 8-10 students?  We do this so we can really focus on the development of each person in the program. It keeps the quality of training and attention to each student focused.

This class focuses on the development of skilled movements to produce a stable, strong and powerful body. You will be brought through a series of progressions for each movement allowing you to make consistent and steady improvements over time. It also allows for each member to start at the level that is BEST FOR THEM. This program focuses on learning to do thing correctly before doing them quickly.

We also focus on making incremental changes to your eating, lifestyle choices, and recovery habits to teach you how to live a healthy, active life.

The outcome is is a LEAN, STRONG, ATHLETIC body and a lifestyle that produces optimal health.

We accept all levels of students from beginners to advanced. This class is for both men and women. We will scale the loads and the workout to accommodate your current level. Most people start as beginners and quickly excel. Every training day is a new day, with a new challenge. Since we work outdoors mostly we use Kettlebells, Sandbags, and other portable implements.

Each day will offer a new challenge. There will be a warm-up, WOD (Workout of the day), Cool Down.
Certain days we will also practice skills necessary for WOD.

It is natural to be fearful when contemplating joining a program like this. Rest assured that you will ramp up into the program rather that just getting dropped into the mix.
