Because of the uniqueness of each human body and each of our own specific body type & lifestyle habits, it’s easy to understand why personal training is both popular and effective.

I believe personal training services should be utilized by everyone. Whether you are starting to workout again after a layoff or decide on new goals. I even recommend it for people that are interested in group training programs. This will allow you to assess your current situation (Both physical and lifestyle), set realistic goals based on your assessment, and learn proper posture and techniques for your program.

A proper personal training program should include assessments, goal setting, progressive program design (Which should include mobility, strength, and conditioning), general nutrition guidelines, and proper exercise instruction.

My personal training programs are very flexible based on how much “homework” you are willing and able to do on your own. Some people need coaching each and every session while others are self motivated and only need 1 or 2 coaching sessions per week. I also have online personal training services that add to the flexibility, especially if you travel a lot or live remotely.
