Private training sessions will include all assessments, goal setting, program design, accountability standards, and specific or general skill development. The program is tailored to YOU and YOUR specific goals and interests.

ONLINE TRAINING

This type of training is great for anyone wants a fitness program geared towards their goals but either cannot afford Private Training option or has the motivation to train on their own but wants some guidance. With this option you do self assessments and check in via email. Workouts will be emailed to you on a weekly / monthly basis.
